Cohesive Youth Generation (CYG) is a dynamic youth-led organization based in Arakan (Rakhine State), Myanmar and Cox’s Bazar Rohingya refugee Camp. Bangladesh. Established with a vision to empower and unite young people across communities, CYG aims to build peace, promote social cohesion, and build a sustainable future for all, particularly marginalized people, refugees and forcibly displaced individuals and we also focus on community development and refugee stabilization. We believe that the youth are the driving force for positive change and development, and our mission is to create a platform where their voices are heard, their potential is realized, and their leadership is nurtured.

About Cohesive Youth Generation (CYG)
Cohesive Youth Generation (CYG) was founded in 2021 with a mission to empower young people in Arakan (Rakhine State), Myanmar and Cox’s Bazar Rohingya refugee Camp Bangladesh, to become leaders of positive change. Established in the wake of growing community needs, CYG is committed to fostering social cohesion, promoting peace, and building a harmonious society. Through youth-led initiatives, leadership training, and community development programs, CYG brings together diverse ethnic groups to work towards a united and prosperous future. Since its inception, CYG has been at the forefront of advocating for mutual respect, understanding, and collaboration among all communities.
