Cohesive Youth Generation – CYG အဖွဲ့အစည်းမှ “Diversity & Inclusion Training”ကို အထူးပြုသင်ပြမယ့် အခမဲ့ပညာဒါနသင်တန်းကို ဖေဖော်ဝါရီ ၂၃ ရက်နေ့တွင် ပြုလုပ်သင်ကြားမည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
“Diversity & Inclusion Training” သင်တန်းအတွက် ရခိုင်ပြည်နယ်အတွင်းနှင့် ယာယီစစ်ဘေးရှောင်ထွက်ပြေးနေရသော ဘာသာပေါင်းစုံမှ ကျား/မ လူငယ် (၁၆-၃ဝနှစ်အတွင်း) များ လျှောက်ထားနိုင်ပါသည်။

CYG’s Diversity & Inclusion Training equips youth and community members with the knowledge and tools to embrace differences and promote equality. The training covers topics such as identity, bias discrimination, and inclusive leadership. Participants learn how to create safe respectful spaces where all voices regardless of ethnicity, gender religion, or background are valued and included. This training fosters social harmony and strengthens community resilience.
-သင်တန်းလျှောက်ထားမည့်သူများသည် –
၁။ လူမှုသဟဇာတဖြစ်မြောက်ရေးကို လိုလားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
၂။ လူ့အခွင့်အရေးကို လေးစားလိုက်နာသူဖြစ်ရမည်။
၃။ သင်တန်းကိုတက်တက်ကြွကြွ တက်ရောက်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
၄။ သင်တန်းနှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သည့် စည်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းများကို လေးစားလိုက်နာနိုင်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။
၅။ သင်တန်းဆွေးနွေးမှုများတွင် ပါဝင်ဆွေးနွေးခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်သူဖြစ်ရမည်။
သင်တန်းနည်းပြ
– သင်တန်းဆရာအဖြစ် ၅ နှစ်ဝန်းကျင်အတွေ့အကြုံရှိသော CYG ကိုတည်ထောင်သူမှ သင်ပြသွားပါမည်။
သင်တန်းတည်နေရာ
– Online Platform (Zoom Meeting)
လျှောက်ထားလိုသူများအနေဖြင့် ဖေဖော်ဝါရီလ ၂၀ ရက်နေ့ ညနေ ၅ နာရီနောက်ဆုံးထား၍ အောက်ပါ Register Link ကိုဖြည့်သွင်းလျှောက်ထားရမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
